A NORMATIVE RULING HAS ENTERED INTO FORCE WITH THE POSTPONING THE FILLING OF THE INDIVIDUAL TAX RETURN
Due to the pandemic of Covid 19, the federal government published Normative Ruling n. 1.930 providing for a new term to the filling of the individual tax return (DIRPF) regarding the tax exercise of 2019.
According to this new Normative Ruling, the DIRPF must be filled during the month of June (with deadline in June, 30th – the prior deadline was April, 30th).
However, any tax debt can be paid in up to 8 consecutive monthly installments: a) up to 10.06.2020, for the single installment or from the 1st installment; and, b) between June 11 and June 6, 2020, as of the 2nd installment.
